Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of gdayfriends.com and business.gdayfriends.com (collectively, the “Sites”), operated by Bill Lang International (“BLI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using either Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Overview
The Sites provide business directory services and business resources. Business.gdayfriends.com is a B2B platform where businesses learn about G’day Friends and purchase products and services. gdayfriends.com operates as a business directory where businesses can create and manage their listing profiles.
1.2 Business Operations
- Businesses purchasing a Business Listing through business.gdayfriends.com will receive a membership account and access to resources
- Business Listing purchasers will be provided a link to complete their profile on gdayfriends.com
- All listings are reviewed by BLI before publication
- Once published, listing owners are notified via automatic email
2.1 Account Creation
When you purchase a Business Listing, you will be set up with member accounts on both Sites. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3.1 Payment Processing
All payments are made to Small Business Australia via Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions.
3.2 Subscription Terms
- Business Listings are annual subscriptions that include membership benefits
- Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription via your account dashboard, with access continuing until the end of your current paid term
3.3 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Protection Law.
4.1 Site Content
All content, graphics, software, and materials on the Sites are owned by BLI and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
4.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant BLI a license to use and display it for directory and promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or are authorised to share submitted content.
4.3 Restrictions on Use
You must not copy, modify, republish, transmit, or distribute Site content without prior written authorisation from BLI.
5.1 Listing Process
After purchasing, businesses may submit their profile information including business details, contact information, and images.
5.2 Review and Publication
All listings are subject to review and approval by BLI. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
5.3 Listing Management
Once published, listing owners can log in and update their profiles at any time.
Limited promotional offerings may be available from time to time, including via LRB. Terms and restrictions will be communicated with each specific offer.
All information provided on the Sites, including any review or strategy plans, is of a general nature and does not constitute professional advice. You should seek independent professional guidance before acting on any information.
8.1 Warranties
Except as provided by prescribed terms under Australian Consumer Law, all warranties are excluded. We do not warrant that the Sites will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.2 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BLI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites.
All conversations and posts must be constructive and respectful. We reserve the right to remove content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, or promotes unlicensed products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
BLI may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
